Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the User, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the various services provided by the Company, including static website production and hosting (hereinafter the "Services").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Services" means the static website production, hosting, maintenance, and additional feature development provided by the Company.
• "User" means an individual or business operator who applies for and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
• "Static website" means a website that provides pre-built pages without dynamic processing such as a database.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect with respect to any User who applies for or uses the Services.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and in the event of an amendment, it shall announce the effective date on this page.

Article 4 (Scope of Services)

The Services provided by the Company and the applicable fees are as follows.

※ The production fee is free of charge; hosting fees for operating the service are separate. Detailed specifications and options are subject to prior consultation.

Article 5 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

The service agreement is formed at the point when the User applies for use through a free application or inquiry, and the Company confirms it and reaches agreement through consultation.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

1. Hosting fees are paid in advance on an annual basis, and there is no separate mandatory contract period.
2. Upon expiration of the usage period, the service is not automatically renewed; if the User wishes to extend it, the renewal procedure applies.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

1. Since the production service is provided free of charge, no separate refund of production fees arises.
2. Hosting fees are fully refundable before the service commences, and after commencement, refunds may be made based on a pro-rata daily calculation of the remaining period. However, actual costs already paid to third parties, such as domain fees, may be deducted.

Article 8 (Rights to Deliverables)

1. The rights to the content of the completed website (materials provided by the User, such as text and images) belong to the User.
2. The User may use the deliverables produced and delivered by the Company for its own business purposes. The Company may use production cases as a portfolio to promote its services, and if the User does not wish this, the User may request otherwise in advance.

Article 9 (Obligations of the User)

The User shall not engage in any of the following acts.

• Providing materials that infringe upon the rights of others (such as copyrights or portrait rights)
• Posting or requesting content that violates laws or public order and morals
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Services

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, causes attributable to the User, or failures of third-party infrastructure (such as hosting or networks).
2. The Company shall not be liable for the legality or accuracy of the materials provided by the User.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Services, the court determined under the Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction.
